Kaleigh Hartzler
Kaleigh Hartzler is in her 3rd year at CDS and 10th year of teaching overall. Mrs. Hartzler has loved working with kids since she can remember and used to babysit and work at daycares. Kaleigh enjoyed her learning experience as a student in Goddard schools and looked up to her teachers growing up-leading her to want to become a teacher. She loves seeing the student‘s “light bulbs“ go off when students understand a concept and the hard work has paid off. Mrs. Hartzler‘s favorite holiday is Christmas. She said that she loves the cold weather, hot chocolate, Christmas lights, crafts, and the time spent with students and family during Christmastime.
This is Diana’s 2nd year as a Preschool teacher and her 4th year of working in the Goddard district overall. Diana’s favorite thing about working with kids is that they can often be the best teachers. Mrs. Sanchez says that her students teach her “that if you fall, you get up and that you have to try everything more than once until you achieve it.” Diana’s role model growing up was her mother and without her, she wouldn't have worked hard to reach most of her goals. Mrs. Sanchez’s favorite thing to do outside of school is spending time with her husband and two daughters!
Lindsay is in her second year at CDS, but she has been working with kids for almost 10 years. Mrs. Howery loves working with kids because of the excitement they have in sharing their stories to the moment something "clicks.” “There is never a dull moment, plus this job is beyond rewarding.” Lindsay has always looked up to her dad because he has always supported her. A couple of Mrs. Howery’s favorite things to do are spending time with her husband & doggo, watching musicals (“The Greatest Showman” is her favorite), and running her small business.
