Goddard Lions Mitten Tree 2026 Application
Reminder: The Goddard Mitten Tree program is for children ages 0-15 years within Goddard Public Schools boundaries. You do not have to attend Goddard Public Schools to receive gifts, but you do need to live within the boundaries. Families that have one or more members working for Goddard USD #265 are eligible for the Goddard Lions Mitten Tree program even if they live outside of the district.
NO LATE APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. PAPER APPLICATIONS CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED. IF YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION visit the Goddard Public Library or call USD 265 Administration Building at 316-794-4000. If you have questions, please contact Lion Dan Funke at 316-650-0737. The DEADLINE to apply is Friday, November 6, 2026.
You must fill out an application for each child, including all parent information. Incomplete applications will not be processed.

**We DO accept families without children under the age of 15 to receive Food Assistance only at Thanksgiving Distribution as long as they live in the Goddard Public School boundaries, as specified above. Please fill out this same application to apply for food only assistance.
